As of a little earlier this morning, I am officially registered to attend Convention in April up in Brisbane. We all worry we are not going to make it as there are only x number of spots available and LOTS of demos. It ended up being a simple and painless exercise. Now I can relax a bit and start catching up on some things I have not had time for lately. Like updating my blog.
So what have I been up to you ask. Number one on that list would have to be education. I have joined various sessions online to improve my business acumen. Slowly but surely I am getting there. It is very exciting to look back and see how far I have come
Along with other demonstrators, I have been planning on attending Convention in Brisbane in April 2008. This morning on the Stampin’ Up! website was information about this. I was lucky enough to attend the inaugural Convention last year in Sydney. It was the most amazing experience on so many levels. Meeting other like-minded individuals and online friends of many years, was high on the list. For me personally, I was soooo excited to meet Shelli Gardner, the CEO and co-founder of the company. She continues to be such an inspiration in my life.
So, how many of you are planning on joining me in Brisbane this year?
I am busy starting off the New Year getting all areas of my business in order. I am currently planning classes for the year, attending business related classes, doing workshops and organising my supplies – once again. It is amazing how many times I rearrange things. It seems to be a trait amongst all crafters worldwide.
